Who We Are

Dynamic Education is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing first-class, hands-on vocational education for students. We specialize in career technical education, focusing on construction trades like carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and welding. Our goal is to empower students to bridge the gap between classroom concepts and real-world application, giving them the skills and confidence to build successful futures.

As being a year 2 welder I can say that welding has done me a lot of good. Throughout my first year of welding I struggled getting my welds perfect but I never gave up and I love the support I had from the instructor, Jordan Ivie. With welding I was able to try new things that I never thought I’d be able to do or experience. For example, I never thought I’d be able to work with metal in general because I thought it’d be too dangerous for a high school student. Now that I’m in year 2 welding, I love that I get to practice multiple types of welding in just one school year. I love the experience I gain from committing to this class, I can leave high school with this and make a career for myself which helps me a lot now and later. Welding in all is great and I love being able to be a part of it.

The welding program that I have participated in brought me out of my comfort zone and showed me something that I have an interest for. It has brought me new friends that I thought I would never have. It is so joyful to be taught by a teacher that loves what he is doing and knows how to joke around and also be serious.
